She graduated in Physician, Doctor of Medicine from the Crimea State Medical University, Ukraine.
Datin Sri Dr Yetti Murni did her housemanship for two years in Hospital Serdang and then continue to serve in Klinik Kesihatan Abu dan Anak in Alor Gajah, Melaka.
In 2018, she has been appointed as a Director for Siti Media Network Sdn Bhd and Siti Pharma Sdn Bhd which located in Banting, Selangor.
Meanwhile in year of 2019, she was appointed as the Director of Siti Electrical & Services Sdn Bhd which is the group under Siti Healthcare Sdn Bhd.
In 2021, has been actively involved with public and private sectors program which is to be a Healthcare organisation that provide centre for vaccination. Klinik Siti manage to vaccinate 534,207 people as of September 2021.
The company has been established to 39 branches in 2021 including Aesthetic Clinic in Banting, Women’s Specialist Clinic in Cyberjaya and Dental Clinic in Puncak Jalil, Selangor.
